Delivery Fleet & Capabilities
We operate a fleet of trucks and trailers specifically configured for lumber hauling. Whether you need a small pickup from a renovation site or a full flatbed delivery to a commercial job, our equipment and experienced drivers get it done safely and on time.
Flatbed Trucks
Our flatbed trucks handle full loads of dimensional lumber, beams, and timbers. Equipped with stake sides and strapping systems for secure transport of long or oversized pieces up to 40 feet.
Box Trucks
Enclosed box trucks protect finished and premium reclaimed lumber from weather and road debris during transit. Ideal for delivering re-milled boards, flooring, and siding to interior job sites.
Forklift & Loading
Every truck carries on-board loading equipment or is accompanied by a forklift for efficient on-site loading and unloading. No need to arrange separate equipment at your location.
Load sizes: We handle everything from partial loads (as few as 50 board feet for local deliveries) to full truckloads (up to 10,000+ board feet). Pricing scales with volume, so larger loads get better per-board-foot rates.

Lumber Pickup Services
We pick up lumber from demolition sites, renovation projects, construction job sites, warehouses, and private properties. Our crews handle the loading so you do not need to arrange equipment or labor.
Job-Site Pickup
Scheduled pickups from active construction or demolition sites. We coordinate with your project manager to arrive during appropriate windows, load quickly, and stay out of the way. Our drivers carry all required PPE and follow site safety protocols.
Residential Pickup
Homeowners doing renovations or clearing property can schedule a pickup. We send an appropriately sized vehicle, load the material, and haul it to our processing facility. If the lumber has resale value, we may pay you for it through our buying program.
Recurring Pickup Schedules
For contractors and businesses that generate lumber waste regularly, we set up recurring pickup schedules. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly routes are available. This is ideal for renovation companies, pallet recyclers, and woodworking shops.
Emergency & Same-Day
Need a rush pickup to keep a project moving? We offer same-day and next-day service for urgent requests within our primary service areas (subject to fleet availability). Rush fees may apply.
Scheduling & Logistics
Our logistics team coordinates every pickup and delivery to minimize cost and maximize efficiency. Here is how the scheduling process works.
01
Request a Pickup or Delivery
Call us or submit a request through our contact form. Include the pickup/delivery address, material description, estimated volume, and your preferred date window.
02
Route Planning & Confirmation
Our dispatch team builds efficient routes that combine multiple pickups and deliveries in the same region. You will receive a confirmed date, time window, and driver contact information.
03
Delivery & Documentation
Our driver arrives, loads or unloads the material, and provides a signed bill of lading. For waste pickups, we also provide weight tickets and recycling documentation for your compliance records.
Delivery lead time: Standard deliveries are scheduled within 3-5 business days. Metro-area deliveries in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sacramento can often be arranged within 1-2 business days. Same-day service is available for an additional fee.
Transportation Pricing
Delivery pricing is based on distance, load size, and equipment required. We aim to keep transportation costs low so that reclaimed lumber remains an affordable option for every builder.
Local Delivery (Under 50 Miles)
Flat-rate local delivery is available for orders within 50 miles of our processing yard. Rates start at $75 for small loads and scale with volume and vehicle type. Free delivery is included on orders exceeding $2,500.
Statewide Freight
Long-haul deliveries across California are quoted per-mile plus loading fees. Full truckloads offer the best rates. We consolidate partial loads on scheduled regional routes to reduce cost for smaller orders. Request a free freight quote.
Delivery Pricing Reference
Our transportation pricing is built around three variables: distance from our processing yard, load size, and equipment type. The reference table below shows typical ranges for the most common scenarios. Contact us for an exact quote on your project.

Detailed Equipment Specifications
Different jobs need different trucks. Here is the detailed specification of our fleet so you can plan your loading area, access roads, and unloading logistics.
26-Foot Flatbed
Daily-driver flatbed for medium loads. 26-foot deck length, 10,000-pound payload, no CDL required for the driver in some configurations. Self-loading with on-board forklift attachment. Ideal for residential pickups, small job sites, and tight urban access.
40-Foot Flatbed
Workhorse for large loads and long beams. 40-foot deck, 25,000-pound payload, stake sides, and full-length strapping. Handles structural timbers and full truckloads of dimensional lumber. CDL Class A driver, requires standard truck turn radius for access.
48-Foot Step Deck
Lower deck for oversized timbers and tall loads that exceed standard flatbed clearance. 48-foot length, 45,000-pound capacity, removable side stakes. Used for whole-warehouse moves and exceptional pieces.
Box Truck (24 ft)
Enclosed and weather-protected for premium reclaimed flooring, finished millwork, and kiln-dried boards that cannot get wet during transit. Lift gate for ground-level loading and unloading at sites without forklift access.
Roll-Off Containers
Open-top containers in 10, 20, 30, and 40-yard sizes deployed at job sites for ongoing wood waste collection. Swap-out service replaces full containers with empties to keep your project moving. See our waste management services for details.
Mobile Forklift Units
Truck-mounted forklifts ride along on most flatbed loads, allowing our drivers to unload at sites that lack their own loading equipment. Saves you the cost of renting a forklift just for receiving day.
Driver & Safety Standards
Our drivers are full-time employees, not contractors. They train on lumber-specific loading techniques, load securement, and California job-site safety protocols. Many have been with us for years and have built lasting relationships with our repeat clients.
CDL Certification
All drivers operating equipment requiring it carry current Commercial Driver's Licenses with the appropriate endorsements. We verify CDL status during onboarding and at every renewal cycle.
OSHA & Cal/OSHA Training
Drivers complete OSHA 10 and Cal/OSHA-specific construction safety modules. They understand site protocols, fall protection, and hazard communication for active job sites.
Load Securement
Trained on FMCSA Cargo Securement Standards Part 393 with specific attention to lumber loads. Strap inventory, edge protectors, and tarps are inspected before every departure.
Hours of Service Compliance
Electronic logging devices track driver hours and ensure full FMCSA Hours of Service compliance. Tired drivers are unsafe drivers, and we plan routes accordingly.
Drug & Alcohol Program
Pre-employment, random, and post-incident testing per DOT regulations. We participate in a third-party consortium for full chain-of-custody testing compliance.
Forklift Operator Certification
Drivers operating on-board forklifts complete annual operator certification under OSHA 1910.178. Pre-shift inspections are documented for every piece of equipment.
Transportation Service Tiers
Different needs call for different service levels. From the cheapest option (will-call) to white-glove inside delivery, we can match the level of service to your project budget and timeline.
Will-Call Pickup
Most economical option. You arrange your own vehicle and pick up the material at our yard during business hours. We help load it onto your truck or trailer at no charge.
Standard Delivery
Curbside delivery at your address within a 4-hour window. Driver unloads with on-board forklift or hand-carries small loads. Most common service for contractors and residential customers.
White-Glove
Inside delivery, placement at your specific location, debris removal, and hand stacking by request. Common for premium reclaimed flooring and finish materials going into completed buildings.
Same-Day Rush
Priority dispatch for urgent project needs within metro service areas. Subject to fleet availability and a rush surcharge. Saves projects from costly delays when material runs short.
Special Load Capabilities
Reclaimed lumber often comes in shapes and sizes that confound standard freight providers. Our equipment and crews are built specifically for the challenges of moving heritage timber, oversized beams, and one-of-a-kind salvaged pieces.
Long Beams (over 20 ft)
Old-growth ridge beams and barn timbers regularly exceed 30 or even 40 feet. Our 40-foot flatbeds and step decks handle these without need for oversize permits in most cases. For longer pieces we coordinate pilot vehicles and special permits.
Heavy Single Pieces
Large timbers can weigh more than 5,000 pounds individually. We rig and load with appropriate cranes or telehandlers, secure the piece for transport, and unload safely at destination. No piece is too heavy for our equipment.
Multi-Stop Routes
Need to deliver to multiple addresses on the same route? We plan multi-stop deliveries that combine several smaller orders, splitting the freight cost across stops and reducing total mileage.
Time-Sensitive Deliveries
Concrete pours, crane lifts, and inspection windows demand precise delivery timing. We dispatch with GPS tracking, driver-to-site phone contact, and arrival windows as tight as 30 minutes when required.
Restricted Access Sites
Narrow roads, overhead utilities, low bridges, weight-restricted streets, and tight urban alleys are part of California construction. We pre-survey challenging sites and dispatch the right truck for the conditions.
Weekend & After-Hours
Some job sites only allow material deliveries during off-hours to avoid disrupting active work. We schedule weekend and after-hours deliveries by request, with appropriate scheduling fees.
